Rebecca Thorimbert was born in Geneva in 1993. After graduating from the school for general culture with a specialization in social issues, she worked with people with mental and physical disabilities. She then resumed her studies and in 2018 obtained a Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in social work. Since then she has been supporting children with disorders on the autism spectrum.
At the same time, she runs and organizes many popular holiday and day camps with various associations. From 2012 to 2017 she was animation assistant at the summer academy of Jeunesses Musicales Suisse.
Rebecca Thorimbert has also been playing the flute since she was nine. She has played in the Musique de Lancy wind orchestra since 2005 and has been a member of the ensemble’s committee since 2015.
